Residential Cleaning
These prices are for residential/home cleaning services
Primary/Standard Cleaning
This option starts at $125. A primary/standard cleaning includes:
- Wiping down all level surfaces
- Wiping down all mirrors and glass fixtures
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Taking out the garbage
- Making beds (all soiled linen must be removed)
- Cleaning hallways and staircases
- Cleaning the bathroom(s)
- Cleaning the kitchen
- Wiping down the counters, the exterior of the cabinets, and exterior surfaces of the appliances
- Wiping out the sink
Deep Cleaning
This option starts at $200. The deep cleaning includes everything that the basic cleaning plus:
- Cleaning the inside of the oven
- Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator
- Cleaning the inside of the microwave
- Interior window cleaning (ten included; each additional window is $5)
- High dusting/ceiling fans
Add-On Services
These services can be added to the Primary/Standard Cleaning:
- Oven/microwave cleanout
- Refrigerator cleanout
- High dusting/ceiling fans
- Tile and grout deep-clean
- Upholstery/furniture vacuumed
- Interior window cleaning (inner track and screen)

The price will be $0.14 per square foot up to 5,000 square feet.

The Move-Out Cleaning Includes:
- Wiping down all level surfaces
